Founder & Lead TrainerDirk grew up in the GDR and has been spending 36 years developing his own communication skills — as a son, brother, father, partner and human being. Along the way, he noticed the same thing again and again: people weren't bad at communicating. They just didn't have the tools.
That insight became his life's work. Over 20 years, Dirk has trained 21,000+ people, worked with 300+ businesses, and delivered 117+ keynotes. He's moderated TEDx Events 8 times and coached 27 TEDx speakers. Co-Founder & Head of Marketing.Elia is a former professional handball player who competed internationally. That background — discipline, teamwork, and the understanding that talent without structure goes nowhere — shaped everything that followed. She's built companies across countries, helping people and organizations navigate cultures, languages, and cooperation.
She met Dirk in Leipzig when she asked him to moderate one of her events. What started as a collaboration became a partnership built on shared vision. At innerkeyinsights, Elia turns vision into reality — leading strategy, marketing, brand, and community to bring Dirk's 20 years of expertise to the people who need it.
